Section 1: Membership & Share Preference *

I want to join the Davis Holding Company. I understand that my shares will be held within the company and distributed according to the agreed share structure. I prefer to have two appointees representing me on the board. I acknowledge that there will be reasonable group costs related to the collective handling of the Davis Holding Company, including accounting fees, bank fees, taxes, forex fees (if applicable), and other costs, which will be agreed upon in advance. I will have voting rights, receive regular updates, and retain the right to leave the Davis Holding Company if I choose.
I do not want to join the Davis Holding Company and will manage my own affairs. I understand my responsibilities as a shareholder. I acknowledge that I will be required to attend Trident company meetings and will be responsible for my own tax, accounting, visa (permit if required), bank account setup, forex fees, and any other fees not listed. I will not hold the estate accountable for any costs incurred or liabilities.
I would prefer to sell my entire shareholding (inheritance) in Trident Security Company Ltd. If you select this option, we can obtain feedback from the lawyer to provide the current valuation. Should you choose to proceed, I understand that once my shares are sold, the transaction is final. I will not hold the estate accountable for any loss resulting from market conditions.

Section 2: Share Split Agreement *

I do not agree with the current share allocation below and would prefer to hold a vote on the distribution of shares.
